- Week 14: Salts — preparation & properties; hydrolysis; buffers (weak acid/base + salts) and Henderson–Hasselbalch (intro).
- Week 15: Solubility & precipitation — solubility curves; Ksp & common-ion effect (intro, GH deeper).
- Week 16: Titration calculations (acid–base, redox); qualitative analysis (cations/anions/gases) pitfalls.
Week 17–20 (February: Inorganic & Organic Essentials)
- Week 17: Periodicity applications; Groups I/II/VII; transition elements overview and typical reactions.
- Week 18: Organic foundations — homologous series, isomerism, IUPAC; hybridization (sp, sp², sp³) and σ/π bonds (qual.).
- Week 19: Alkanes/alkenes/alkynes — properties, reactions; tests (Br₂/CCl₄). Benzene (intro, GH emphasis).
